Add Beef to the pan, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, Sauté 3 minutes, (until browned), repeat until all sides are browned. Add Beef to Cabbage, leaving Oil in the pan. Add Sausage to the pan, Sauté 2 minutes, (until browned), turn Sauté 2 minutes more. Add Sausage to Cabbage, leaving Oil in the pan. Add Onion to the pan, lightly season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Plus, Sauté for 4 minutes. Add Mushrooms, and Prunes, Sauté for 5 minutes. Deglaze pan with Wine, allow Wine to mostly reduce, stirring constantly. Add contents of pan to the Cabbage, as well add Spices to Cabbage, mix well. Simmer for 90 minutes until tender.
