Pour 3/4 (450 g) of the Crumb mixture into baking dish lined with parchment paper, press firmly into the baking dish. Cover, left over Crumbs.
Bake Crumbs for 15 minutes, remove from oven allow to cool.
Sauce:
- In a blender add, Strawberries, Gelatin, Salt, Splenda, Molasses, Lime, and Water. Blend 30 seconds, until mixture is smooth. Place Sauce in a pot on medium heat, cover, bring, to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium low, partially cover, simmer 5 minutes, (until temperature is at least 90 ℃).
Remove from heat. Add Cornstarch, stir constantly until Sauce thickens, and is a uniform consistency.
- In a bowl, add Strawberries, and Sauce. Mix until Berries are evenly coated.
Pour Strawberry mixture over Crumbs.
Loosely pour leftover Crumbs over Strawberries, with a fork, smooth out Crumbs. Bake for 10 minutes.
