Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
125 g
Chocolate, melted, unsweetened
250 g
Cream Cheese, room temperature
10 g
Splenda
45 ml
Cream, room temperature
Method:
In a stand mixer bowl, add Chocolate, Cheese, Cream, and Splenda. Mix at low speed for 1 minute. Increase mixer speed to medium high, mix for 4 minutes. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
