In a stand mixer bowl add Butter, Molasses, Vanilla, and Splenda, mix for 3 minutes on medium speed, (until fluffy). Add Chocolate, mix on low speed for 1 minute.
In a bowl add Cocoa, Salt, and Baking Powder, mix well. Add Cocoa mixture to the stand mixer. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bottom of mixer bowl, mix in.
With the mixer on medium speed slowly add Eggs to the mixer, allowing Eggs to incorporate before adding more Eggs. Repeat until all the Eggs are added, and incorporated. Add Water, mix until incorporated.
Reduce mixer speed to low, slowly add Flour, mixer only until Flour is incorporated, (do not over mix).
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to Brownies to sit for 1 hour.
Add Frosting to Brownies.
Serve
