Marinate Beef with Soy Sauce, Wine, Pepper, Baking Soda, and Cornstarch.
Set your beef aside for at least 1 hour.
Sauce:
- In a bowl, add Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chicken Stock, Cornstarch, Splenda, Pepper, and Salt.
In a wok on medium high heat, add 2/3 of the Oil, allow to get hot. Add Beef. Fry Beef for 30 seconds on each side. Keep turning Beef until browned. Remove Beef, set aside.
Add rest of the Oil, then add Vegetables. Stir fry Vegetables for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low. Add the Beef back into the wok, mix well. Add Sauce, mix sauce thoroughly. Heat until Sauce thickens.
