Mix ingredients, except Beef, and Sunflower Oil, mix well. Add Beef, then Marinate Beef for 2 hours. In a wok on medium high heat add Sunflower Oil, allow to get hot. Add Beef, sauté for 1 minute, mix, sauté for 1 minute more. Set Beef aside, leaving Oil in the wok.
Broccoli:
- Preheat oven to 260 ℃ / 500 ℉.
In a bowl add Broccoli, Salt, and Pepper. Toss to mix well. Add Oil, toss to mix.
Place Broccoli, (flower side up) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place Broccoli in oven for 15 minutes.
- Sauce:
- In the same wok used to cook the Beef, set to medium heat, Add Garlic, and Ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Add the rest of the Sauce ingredients, except for Cornstarch. Bring to a boil, then add Cornstarch.
- Combine Sauce, Broccoli, and Beef, mix well. Cover, heat for 3 minutes. Serve!
