Jerk Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 KgChicken Wings
- 1Onion, chopped
- 12Scallions, chopped
- 2Red Finger Chili, finely chopped
- 30 mlOlive Oil
- 26 gSoy Sauce
- 22 gBrown Sugar
- 3Limes, Juice
- 7 clovesGarlic, peeled
- 12 gSalt
- 10 gPepper, ground
- 4 gAllspice, ground
- 1 gThyme, ground
- 1 stickCinnamon, ground
- 1 gCumin Seed, ground
- 1/4Nutmeg, grated
Method:
- Blend all ingredients and marinate 8 to 12 hours in the fridge; or 2 hours at room temp.
- Preheat oven to 230 ℃ / 450 ℉.
- On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place a rack. Place Wings, on the rack with space between Wings.
- Bake Wings for 40 minutes.
