Malted Waffles
Ingredients:
- Dry:
- 2 gSplenda
- 250 gFlour
- 8 gBaking Powder
- 3 gSalt
- 50 gMalted Milk Powder
- Wet:
- 363 gMilk
- 2Eggs, separate Yolks from Whites, beat Whites until they stand
- 70 gButter, melted
- 6 gVanilla Extract
Method:
- Preheat griddle to 200 ℃ / 400 ℉, (on Cuisinart Griddler).
- In a stand mixer bowl, add Dry ingredients. Mix for 30 seconds.
- Add in Wet ingredients, mix for 40 seconds, (until well incorporated).
- Add 80 ml to each section of Griddler.
- Heat for 7 minutes, (until Waffles are golden brown).
