French Toast
Ingredients:
- 200 gCream
- 4Eggs
- 5Green Cardamon
- 4 gPepper
- 4 gSalt
- 2 gVanilla Extract
- 1 gCinnamon
- 8 gBrown Sugar
- 30 gButter
- 6 slicesHomemade Bread, 1.9 cm thick
Method:
- In a wide bowl, mix Cream, Eggs, Cardamon, Pepper, Salt, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Sugar.
- In a fry pan on medium heat, add Butter. Allow butter to melt, and get hot.
- Dip Bread into the Egg mixture, make sure both sides are well coated.
- Saute Bread for 3 minutes, flip, then saute for 3 minutes more.
