Chocolate Waffles
Ingredients:
- Wet:
- 500 mlMilk
- 100 gButter, melted
- 2Eggs, separate Yolks from Whites, beat Whites until standing
- 8 gVanilla Extract
- Dry:
- 100 gBelgium Chocolate Chips, finely chopped
- 400 gFlour
- 22 gBaking Powder
- 25 gBrown Sugar
- 2 sticksCinnamon
- 6 gSalt
Method:
- In a stand mixer bowl, add Dry ingredients, mix well. In a bowl mix Wet ingredients. While mixer is running, slowly add Wet ingredients, except Egg Whites, to Dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Scrape bottom of mixer bowl, then run mixer again until smooth. Add in Egg Whites, fold into Batter.
- May need to add additional Milk until desired thickness.
- Add 80 ml Batter into each section of the preheated waffle iron.
- Heat Griddle to 200 ℃ / 400 ℉. Grill Waffles for 7 minutes.
