Apple Cinnamon Waffles
Ingredients:
- Wet:
- 1Apples, large, finely diced
- 480 mlMilk, warm 50 ℃
- 100 gButter, melted
- 2Eggs, separate Yolks from Whites
- 8 gVanilla Extract
- Dry:
- 400 gFlour
- 22 gBaking Powder
- 25 gBrown Sugar
- 2 sticksCinnamon
- 6 gSalt
Method:
- In a bowl, add Wet ingredients except for Egg Whites, mix well. In a bowl mix Dry ingredients. While mixer is running, slowly add Dry ingredients to Wet ingredients. Mix until smooth. Scrape bottom of mixer bowl, then run mixer again until smooth.
- With a hand mixer at high speed beat Egg Whites for 2 minutes, (until Whites stand). Blend Whites into the Batter.
- Preheat Griddle to 200 ℃ / 400 ℉.
- Add 80 ml Batter into each section of the preheated waffle iron.
- Grill Waffles for 7 min.
