In the mixer bowl, add Water, and Sugar, mix until Sugar is dissolved. Add Yeast, mix well. Place in a warm area for 15 minutes, (until solution gets foamy).
To the mixer bowl, add Egg, and Butter, mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, add Flour, Malt Powder, Milk Powder, and Salt, mix until well combined. Add Flour mixture to the mixer bowl.
Using a dough hook attachment, mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Cover bowl with saran wrap, place in a warm place for 1 hour.
Wet a work surface with Water, wet hands, then knock Dough down on work surface.
Cover bowl with saran wrap, place in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Wet a work surface with Water, wet hands, then knock Dough down on work surface.
Flatten Dough to a 25 cm x 12 cm rectangle. Roll Dough towards you, tuck in the ends, sealing Dough on the ends.
Place Dough in a 900 g loaf tin. Sprinkle Dough with Semolina Flour, cover with a light cloth. Place Dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190 ℃ / 375 ℉.
Place Dough in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from loaf tin, place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Allow Bread to cool for 30 minutes.
