Add Butter, and Flour mixture to the mixer bowl. With a bread hook, mix on low speed for 2 minutes, (until Dough releases from the sides of the bowl). Increase mixer speed to medium low, knead Dough for 7 minutes.
Place Dough in a bowl, cover bowl, then place in an oven with the light turned on. Allow Dough to rise for 1 hour.
Punch Dough down, shape into a bread pan. Top Dough with Semolina Flour. Cover Dough with a light cloth, place in the oven for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 210 ℃ / 410 ℉.
Place Dough in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove Bread from pan, allow to cool for 20 minutes.
