On a lightly floured surface place Dough, form Dough into a ball. Lightly Oil a bowl, place the dough ball into the bowl, then cover. Place bowl in a warm place, let Dough rise for 1 hour.
Grease a 900 g loaf pan.
Knock Dough back, form Dough into a fat sausage shape and place it in the greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle Semolina Flour on the Dough, cover Dough with a lightweight cloth. Place Dough in a warm place, let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 355°F.
When Dough has risen 4 cm above the top of the loaf pan, place Dough in the oven for 30 minutes.
Place loaf on wire rack, let cool for 20 minutes.
