In a stand mixer bowl, add Milk, Water, and Sugar. Mix until Sugar is dissolved. Add Yeast, mix, place in a warm spot for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add Dry Ingredients, mix until well combined.
Add Butter to the Stand Mixer bowl, then add Flour.
Mix on low speed for 2 minutes, (until Dough no longer sticking to the bowl).
Knead Dough on medium low speed for 10 minutes.
Cover Dough, place in a warm spot for 1 hour.
Knock down Dough, fold into a log, place in a bread pan. Dust the Dough with Semolina Flour, cover, place in a warm spot for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 ℃ / 355 ℉.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes, remove Bread from pan.
Increase oven heat to 210 ℃ / 410 ℉.
Place Bread in the oven for 5 minutes more.
Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
