On a lightly Floured surface, place Dough. Shape Dough into a square, then fold corners to the centre. Seal the Dough seams, shape the Dough into a round shape. Place Dough, (smooth side up) on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Cut 2 lines 8 cm long in the shape of an X, 0.5 cm deep, on top of the Dough. Dust top of Dough with Semolina Flour. Cover Dough with a light cloth. Place Dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 200 ℃ / 400 ℉.
Place Dough in the oven for 45 minutes.
Allow Bread to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
