In a mixer bowl add warm Water, Sugar, and Yeast. Let sit in a warm place for 10 minutes. Add Egg, Milk, and Oil. Mix vigorously.
Add Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
Using the kneading attachment, turn on mixer to slow speed, then mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
Turn mixer speed up to medium, mix for 5 minutes.
Cover the mixer bowl, place in a warm place for 2 hours.
Separate Dough into 130 g balls.
Flour a flat surface, then flatten dough balls into 23 cm disks with rolling pin.
Brush dough with Butter.
In a skillet on medium heat, add dough (wet side down). Brush dough with butter.
Fry for 1 1/2 minutes each side.
