Country White Bread
(Bread Machine)
Ingredients:
- Wet:
- 350 mlWater, 30 C
- 30 gOlive Oil
- 10 gSugar
- 8 gYeast
- Dry:
- 480 gFlour
- 75 gSemolina Flour
- 10 gDry Milk
- 9 gSalt
Method:
- Add Water, Sugar, Yeast, and Oil to Bread Pan. Add Flour, Milk, and Salt, on top of Water. Be careful not to mix Water, and Flour.
- Settings:
- 2 lb Loaf
- Colour Light
- Bread Type White (Program 5 on B&D)
