In a bowl, add Water, and Sugar, mix until Sugar is dissolved. Add Yeast, mix well, let sit in a warm spot for 10 minutes, (until Yeast activates).
In a bowl, add Flour, Salt, and Milk Powder, mix well.
To a stand mixer add Yeast mixture, Egg, and Butter, mix well. Add Flour mixture. Add dough hook to mixer. With the mixer on low speed, mix for 2 minutes. With the mixer on medium low speed, knead Dough for 10 minutes.
Remove Dough from the mixer, form the dough into a ball, place Dough in a bowl, cover bowl, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Grease a 2 lb bread pan.
Remove Dough from bowl, and knock the Dough down. Form the Dough into a sausage shape and place it in the bread pan, gently pressing the Dough down to fill in any gaps in the corners.
Lightly cover the top of the Dough with Semolina Flour, then cover pan with a dry light weight cloth, place pan in a warm spot for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 ℃ / 355 ℉.
Make a 0.5 cm cut down the length of the Dough. Place Dough in the oven for 30 minutes, remove Bread from the oven, immediately take it out of the tin.
Increase oven heat to 210 ℃ / 410 ℉.
Place Bread back in the oven, bake for 6 minutes more.
Remove Bread from the oven allow to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
