Korean Cucumbers
Ingredients:

Cucumber, 1 cm slices, scored crossed hatch on 1 side, quarter

Salt
30 g
Chili Crisp

Lime Juice

Mushroom Salt
Method:
In a bowl, add Cucumbers, and Salt. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drain, then add Chili Crisp, Lime, and Mushroom Salt. Mix well, serve.
