Japanese Zucchini
Ingredients:
- 30 mlSunflower Oil
- 1Onion, thinly sliced
- 2Zucchinis, cut into thin strips
- 30 mlTeriyaki Sauce
- 15 mlSoy Sauce
- 2 mlSesame Oil
- 10 gSesame Seeds, toasted
- 3 gPepper
Method:
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, add Oil, allow to get hot. Add Onions, saute for 5 minutes. Add Zucchini, saute for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in Teriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce, Pepper, and Sesame Seeds. Cook Zucchini for 5 minutes, (until Zucchini are tender).
- Serve immediately.
