In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add Oil, allow to get hot, add Potatoes, season with Salt, and Pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, (until they start to get a golden brown colour), give Potatoes a toss. Repeat until most sides a golden brown colour. Add Splenda, Molasses, Wine, Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Honey, and Water.
Toss the Potatoes to mix and coat, let them get to a simmer, and light simmer, tossing occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes or until all the braising liquid is mostly reduced.
