Beef Satay
Ingredients:
- Marinade:
- 30 gGinger, finely grated
- 4 clovesGarlic, crushed
- 1 smallOnion, minced
- 20 gBrown Sugar
- 30 mlFish Sauce
- 30 mlSoy Sauce
- 30 mlSunflower Oil
- 1Lime Juice, and Zest
- 1/2 tspTurmeric
- 1/8 tspCayenne Pepper
- 14 gCoriander Seed, ground
- 4 gCumin Seed, ground
- 1 KgBeef, sirloin, sliced into 1/8" thick x 1 1/2" square pieces
Method:
- In a bowl mix Marinade ingredients.
- Slice Beef, then thoroughly mix in Marinade. Allow to sit for 2 hrs.
- Loosely pack Beef on skewers. Grill for 6 min.
